The easiest way is to sign in directly with PRIVO or the site/app/service you think you registered on that uses PRIVO-Lock.

You can reset your password if need be. If we don’t recognize your username or email, then you can sign up for your PRIVO iD. If you are certain you created an account and cannot get in, you can also contact our customer support team and they would be more than happy to help you. support@privo.com
