How do I change my information and adjust my profile, including my child’s?

You can change your username, email address, password and any other information we have on file for you by logging into your account and clicking on Account and Settings. You can manage your child’s information in Account and Settings as well, under “My Kids”. If you choose to change your verified adult email address then we will require you to complete the activation step to ensure the email address we have on record is within your control.
