I have not received the registration email to activate and verify my account. What do I need to do? How can I have it resent?

If you have not received your registration email to activate and verify your account, from signing up with PRIVO or any other online property using the PRIVO iD Platform, then you can try the following:

  • Be sure to check your SPAM and/or BULK folders. The email will come from support@privo.com.
  • Attempt to login to the service you are registering for.  At the point of authentication, your account should be recognized and you should be given the opportunity to resend the registration email.
  • Check your Message Center by logging into PRIVO directly.

Contact Customer Support at support@privo.com and request to have the registration email resent.  Be sure to send the request from the email address you used to initially register or that your child put down for you.
