My child made an account and provided a fake parent email. What should we do?

Your child can log back in to PRIVO and since they have not received permission yet, will receive a message that we are still waiting on for their parents permission. At that point, he/she should be able to change the parent email in order to receive permission to move forward. If this does not work, you can contact the customer support team by sending an email to  or call us at 1-866-567-7486 or 1-571-297-1799 if you don’t live in the U.S. or Canada and they will help you resolve this issue.
