Why am I not allowed to change my birthdate associated with my PRIVO iD?

Your birthdate is the key identifier in determining who you are as a user on a specific service.  PRIVO does not allow a user to change their birthdate once the account has been verified.  If you need to change your birthdate because you made a mistake during registration then you will need to contact Customer Support and speak with a representative to correct the incorrect data.  You can contact Customer Support at support@privo.com.
